There are many available 2FA-Apps for android and IOS devices.
We recommend that you use one of the following 2 Authenticator:
1. Google Authenticator [ ANDROID / IOS ]
2. Authy (or Twilio Authy) [ ANDROID / IOS ]
If you do not own a smartphone, you can use the web-extension "Authenticator".
It currently supports Firefox, Chrome and Edge.
We recommend that you use one of the following 2 Authenticator:

Note: We will be using the "Google Authenticator" in this guide.
1. Download the Authenticator app from your app store.
2. Open up the app after downloading.
3. Proceed to MapleLumiere website.
4. Login to your account at the bottom right section.
5. Scroll down to the bottom and you should be able to find an option that says "Account Two-Factor Authentication".
6. Click on the button.
7. Enter your account security information, Security answer and DOB. Then click "Submit"
8. By now, you should be able to see a QR Code on your screen.
9. Now, go to your Authenticator app and tap on the "+" button.
10. Select "Scan a QR Code"
11. Point your camera towards the QR Code and scan it.
12. After a successful scan, you should be able to see the 2FA Code added to your app.
13. You can enter the 6 Digits 2FA code from your app into the website and test if its working.
14. From here onwards, you may use the 2FA code to login into the Game / Website.
Note:
1. The 6 Digits code is always refreshing, as it is a time-based 2FA Token.
2. You do not need to note the 2FA Code down, just use whatever code shown on the app at the exact moment.

1. To unlink a 2FA from your account.
2. Login to your account in MapleLumiere website.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and you should be able to find "Account Two Factor Authentication" button.
4. Click on the button and enter your account security information.
5. Click on "Unlink Google Auth Now!"

If you have removed or accidentally removed your 2FA Token from your authenticator app, you can reconfigure your 2FA by following the steps below:
1. Go to our website at https://maplelumiere.com/
2. Click on "Forgot Password" to reset your password
3. Click on the password reset link that was sent to your registered email address
4. Proceed to reset your password
5. Your 2FA should be un-linked now and you should be able to login to the website without the 2FA authentication process
6. Continue to enter your details ( Security answer and DOB )
7. Proceed to link your 2FA to your authenticator
8. You should now be able to login to the website / game client with the new 2FA Token

If you're encountering issue that says "Nexon Launcher failed to load", please follow the steps below:
1. Download Nexon Launcher from this website.
2. Install the Nexon Launcher by running the setup.
3. After installing, double click on it to launcher the Launcher.
4. Wait for the launcher to load.
5. After loading, you should be able to see the Nexon login page.
6. The issue should be solved as soon as you see the login page, now you can restart the Maple Lumiere Client and login to the game.
